    Our planning fees are based on trips for up to 4 travelers.

    For longer or larger groups or trips requiring extensive research, custom experience sourcing, or additional coordination, please contact us for a custom quote.


    Our planning fee covers personalized itinerary planning, recommendations, transportation, restaurant suggestions, and booking assistance.

    Travel expenses are not included.

    Prepaid reservations made on your behalf, such as accommodations, activities, or transportation, will be invoiced separately as reservations are confirmed.
