Welcome to Japan Planned LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our travel services, including travel packages, itinerary planning, travel advice, and concierge services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Japan Planned LLC is a travel company based in the United States, specializing in trips to Japan. We serve customers primarily in the US and Japan but are open to worldwide clients.

2. Tour Prices and Inclusions

• Tour prices include domestic flight tickets, hotel accommodations, all meals starting from breakfast on Day 2, transportation listed in the itinerary (including buses and other forms of transport), and entrance fees.

• Not included: Personal health insurance, telephone charges, tips, laundry fees, and other personal expenses.

3. Important Notes

• The tour itinerary may be subject to change due to natural disasters (e.g., typhoons), flight cancellations, airline schedule changes, road conditions, or other transportation issues.

• Minimum number of participants required: 12 people.

• Participants based in Japan may join the tour and/or meet the group at the designated hotel with prior notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

• More than 40 days before departure: 100% refund

• 29–39 days before departure: 80% refund

• 14–28 days before departure: 40% refund

• 2–13 days before departure: 30% refund

• 1 day before departure or later: No refund

Note: Credit card payments are subject to an additional 3% banking fee on cancellation fees.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

We act as an agent for travel service providers (such as airlines, hotels, and transportation companies) and are not liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, loss, or damages caused by these third parties or other unforeseeable events. Your participation in tours is at your own risk.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment is due as specified at booking.

• We accept payments via credit card and other methods detailed on our website.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and itineraries, is owned by Japan Planned LLC or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws, and respect local customs during your travels. You must have valid travel documents and visas.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, or governmental actions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations or, if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
